The Position: My Client is one of the UK's leading environmental, health and safety and risk management service companies. Employing over 500 people, across 4 divisions operating out of an expansive national office/depot network and work with blue-chip clients across a wide range of public and private UK industrial sectors. My client is currently looking to appoint a Bid Coordinator / Writer to oversee the end-to-end PQQ/Tender process for the group. Main Duties: • Maintain registrations with appropriate authorities/bodies to ensure receipt of relevant EOIs, PQQs and Tender notifications • Liaise with the Group’s commercial teams to assess each new opportunity • Complete the required documentation (with input from various departments) and ensure submission within the required timescales • Maintain an effective archive/filing structure for past submissions • Monitor and evaluate the success rates and conversions Preferred Skills & Experience: • Highly organised and structured • Able to manage and work to multiple deadlines • Excellent written English skills • Commercial awareness • Highly competent in Word, Excel and Outlook This will be an evolving role, focusing on delivering success, with the opportunity to help shape this group resource going forwards. Knowledge of the construction/industrial sector and Microsoft SharePoint-based systems would be an advantage but not essential. |
