What we expect is quite simple, to be engaged with as we engage! Open, honest and transparent, addressing all issues with a “can do” solution based attitude.

We aim to give feedback on CVs, job interviews and offers within 48 hours. We have agreements in place with our clients, which state that we require feedback within 24 hours from the time CVs are submitted and interviews have taken place. If clients fail to follow these terms for whatever reason, we will still contact you with updates, keeping you in the loop at all times.

Because we know the difficulties in discussing your situation during office hours, we are flexible: available for consultation between, 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday, and 10am to 12 pm Saturday. Put simply, our entire recruitment service is based on establishing and maintaining open channels of communication.
