Our client, a leading business in the FM / BMS Sector are currently seeking a BMS System Sales Engineer to join the business on a permanent basis. This role will involve obtaining enquiries for HVAC system controls and Building Management systems within the Heating, ventilation and Air Conditioning The successful candidate will be an integral part of the business by maximising sales and bringing in new business. With a strategic growth plan is in place, we are looking for a candidate with a strong understanding of Building Managements Systems with a technical sales background and demonstrable experience in building strong client relationships. The successful candidate will be responsible for management of their own diary/ appointments and all resulting enquiries.

A company vehicle, laptop and phone will be also included

Role Description

*To visit Consulting Engineers, End Users, Clients and Contractors in the region to provide sales presentations/demonstrations and to obtain approval and specification for company equipment and solutions.

*To obtain and prepare quotations at a rate commensurate with the agreed order budget for the region.

*To develop and maintain strong customer relationships by regular contact with clients in order to offer project/product advice, introduce new products etc.

*To monitor the operation of the competition and advise the Company regarding changes of price, delivery and technical merit.

*To prepare monthly reports detailing order intake, latest forecasts, expected margin.
Candidate Qualifications/ Skills

• Technical sales background within the FM / BMS sector
• Strong working knowledge of Building Management Systems
• Full UK Driving License

Training will be provided to the suitable candidate however basic knowledge of the BMS Sector is essential.
