Due to a large increase in workload we are recruiting for a number of CNC Turners to join a expanding engineering manufacturing business based near Elland on a permanent basis working day shifts. Successful candidates must be time-served or able to demonstrate a competency through experience to ensure that jobs are manufactured in accordance with supplied technical drawings and specifications.
Ideally candidates will be experienced in working on CNC Lathes and be able to programme using Fanuc controls.

All Overtime paid at Premium Rates –

Hours Monday – Friday – 0700 – 1615 ( 1215 finish on a Friday)

The Ideal candidates will have :

• Experience working within a machine shop environment machining of a range of materials from Carbon Steel to Inconel and Hastalloy.
• Able to work to fine tolerances in either single or batch quantities ( 1 – 200).
• -The ability to manipulate a CNC Lathes using Fanuc Controls
• – The ability to read, understand and work to engineering drawings.

Candidate Skills

• Ideally Time-served
• Demonstrable experience operating a CNC Controlled Lathe working to very tight tolerances
• Experience programming using Fanuc controls
• Experienced working with a range of materials from Carbon Steel to Inconel and Hastalloy
