I am currently recruiting for an Contract/ Operations Manager to join a well-established Facilities Management company working out of their office based in Leeds. This opportunity has arisen due to recent contract wins, and requires the successful candidate to manage the day to day operation of the property team and to ensure that standards are adhered to at all times.
Candidates must have demonstrable experience working with an Facilities Management environment looking after a number of properties. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven Contracts Engineer / Supervisor looking to take the next step in their career.

The position is a permanent role based at the head office in Leeds, however site visits will be a necessity – Company Vehicle provided.

Role Description
-Liaising with clients/ contractors/ employees/ suppliers on daily basis
-Working in commercial and retail properties
-Contract SLA’s / KPI’s are met
-Cost control and profitability
-Problem solving and ensuring client’s needs are met
-Site visits

Skills & Attributes
-Experience working within an Facilities Maintenance Contracts role.
-Demonstrable experience as a contract Engineer / Supervisor / Manager

-Demonstrable experience in managing P&L
-Experience overseeing all Planned / Reactive maintenance is completed effectively and efficiently
-Full UK Driving License
