OVERVIEW & ROLE DESCRIPTION

We are looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor for our well known manufacturing client in the Wakefield area. The role will support the Sales Manager on one of the largest accounts within the business, providing administrative and customer service support to ensure . Interested candidates must have a demonstrable background working within a Customer Service/ sales support role ideally within the production / manufacturing / packaging industry with strong analytical and customer service skills. Experience working within the packaging industry would be highly advantageous. The successful candidate will be required to manage, maintain and develop all aspects of the quality systems within the business. This is a Permanent position for an immediate start based.

Job Description
• Processing customer orders by way of customer contacts (phone, fax, email)
• Keeps records of orders, overview of dispatch, monitors stock levels of finished products
• Organizes dispatch of finished products in cooperation with logistics
• Loading sales enquiries into the system
• Monitoring stock positions, lists based on customer request > clarify the demand with the planning
• Actively communicates with customers if problems occur (for example delayed delivery, late payment of invoices, etc.)
• Preparing commissions, bonus for the agents
• Seeking PO’s for recharging / processing storage / moulds / tooling and processing invoices
• 1st week in the month to generate stock invoice list and process
• Proactively monitor forecast and communicate any changes
• Communicates with customers if claims or complaints are raised; we are obliged to record the claim information into the database and inform the local QA and coordinate between QA and customer
• Manage customer returns, scrap note raising, monitoring stock accuracy where necessary

Candidate Skills

•Strong administrative / customer service skills
•Demonstrable experience working within a sales support role
•Experience in the packaging manufacturing/production industry would be an advantage
•Excellent communication skills
•Good IT Skills
•Ability to work unsupervised, organise and prioritise own workload
• Confident and resilient
