With over 15 years experience in providing stone products and services to a number of prestigious projects. Working in Marble, Granite, Travertine, Onyx, Limestone, Slate, Sandstone and Quartz.
Services include Site Visits, Consultancy, Design, Material Selection, Fabrication, Installation and Project Management.

Essential Functions:
• Well versed to manage complete Kitchen division and control all sales and marketing activities of the company to produce target sales and profit goal of the company
• Ensure full product knowledge, maintain constant market research with latest products and technology and ensure Sales staff have full product knowledge and are constantly updated with new products.
• Leadership abilities to grow the department and spread head in the industry.
• Develop and implement business plan to achieve sales, profitability and growth target of the division
• Promote, monitor, follow-up and update records on all enquiries received for the division
• Analyze the market trends and design the sales plans accordingly
• Develop business strategies and take management approval for implementing the same
• Design Strategic Sales Plans for commercial kitchen segment on the business target assigned and ensure business growth.
• Estimating, negotiating and agreeing budgets and timescales with clients and managers
• Managing technical support teams and Inspect newly commissioned sites.
• Ensure that an accurate recording system is maintained on all proposal submitted to customers.
• Keep informed about the competitor’s selling policies, tactics, services and prices offered.
• Devising & implementing pre & post Sales activities for the segment
• Hire, train and evaluate, supervisor and assist estimators/project managers and other reporting personnel.
