Description:
Apex Engineering Solutions are currently working with a bespoke electrical manufacturer based in Leeds who are looking for an experienced electrically biased Foreman to come into the business.
Desired Experience:
- Extensive electrical experience and background e.g. understanding drawings, panel wiring, electrical testing and is computer literate
- Must have shop floor management / supervisor experience
- Demonstrate a positive and proactive attitude
- Motivated by achieving targets and delivering results
Responsibilities:
- Managing an electrical shop floor
- Supervising the team and heavily involved in the testing process
- Efficiently delegate responsibilities to the rest of the team
- Senior stakeholder management
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
