OVERVIEW & ROLE DESCRIPTION

We are looking to recruit a Project Resourcer to join our expanding business based in Leeds City Centre.
This is a rare opportunity for a driven individual to progress within recruitment from the ground up over a number of years at their own pace within a very structured, project based environment. This role would suit individuals with solid administrative skills and a strong educational background.
This is an ideal position for individuals who are interested in recruitment or projects and are looking for a solid foundation to help begin a successful career within the industry without the pressure of financial targets.
As a Resourcer, you will be given ‘on the job’ training from your Manager on a daily basis. This will be delivered at a controlled pace to provide the required support and guidance to ensure you have the best start and continued development within the role.
Candidate Skills
We are looking for an outgoing, hard working, trustworthy individual with very strong administrative and verbal communication skills who is looking to develop and refine these skills within a recruitment environment.
Qualifications/Attributes/ Skills
• A strong academic background with very strong administrative skills
• Outstanding communication skills (Written and Verbal) with the confidence to liaise with customers and candidates at all levels
• A high level of IT competence
•A Team player
•Able to work in a demanding environment and time manage your work accordingly whilst remaining focused.
