They have exclusive regional distribution rights to some of the world’s leading manufacturers of mosaic, porcelain ceramic and roofing tiles from established and emerging markets including Italy, Spain, Japan, Brazil & Latin America, China & Southeast Asia. Their commercial distribution network covers the UAE, GCC, Middle East, Africa, and CIS.

 

The Opportunity

Expansion has created an opportunity for a Specifications Sales Executive. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for sales, a positive attitude, and an abundance of energy, who understands the specification sales process and has a strong interest in interior design.

 

The Position

The successful candidate will be responsible for;

  • The development of the business within the UAE
  • Generate demand through specification with architects, designers, consultants, and engineers by exploiting the product portfolio.
  • Will be expected to track project specifications through the tender processes to order execution.
  • Build relationships with major contractors as well as multi-disciplined sub-contractors.
  • Promote the company brand in the UAE market in accordance with the Sales & Marketing strategy defined by the Management team.
  • Work closely with Sales Support and back office personnel to ensure timely solutions for your customers. Candidate will also be expected to manage relationships with the supply chain partners to ensure smooth order processing.
  • Implement Sales strategy to capitalize on immediate opportunities as well as generate a future demand for product lines.

  • Must be well presented, professional and adhere to the company values
  • Self-driven, energetic and possess a strong ability to influence.
  • Demonstrate a genuine passion and natural flair for interiors and design.
  • A design focused qualification is desirable but not essential.
  • Experience in specification sales selling to key target groups such as architects and interior designers is an essential requirement.
  • Exceptional written and spoken English, Candidates should have English as their first language, and of Western Background
  • Full UAE/British/International Driving License
  • A natural networker and possess exceptional presentation skills.
  • Candidates should be computer literate and a competent user of Microsoft Office
