I am currently looking for a Senior Mechanical Engineer to be based in Hinckley working for a multiple billion pound global consultancy. You will have to be experienced in design of any or all of the following; •Gas installations •Offtakes •Pressure reduction •Installations •Compressors •Pipelines If you have worked for any power or utilities companies this would be especially of interest If you are registered as an Appraiser / Approver for National Grid projects would be ideal, otherwise someone who we could put forward for assessment sometime next year. The main criteria for the role someone with 4 to 5 years experience working on National Grid projects and a solid knowledge of their standards and procedures as well as legislation relating to the gas industry. The role itself is a permanent position with a salary indicator of up to 60k plus benefits. The company are looking to interview immediately for the right candidate.
