My client needs a HR Manager up to 31st March 2013, 37 hours per week with an immediate start. Based in East Anglia you will manage the delivery of a comprehensive and professional HR service for line managers and employees to ensure that people management issues are addressed appropriately and in line with corporate HR colleagues e.g. recruitment team, corporate HR Division and training to delivery a seamless service for managers. Principal Accountabilities:- Advice and Support, Employee Management, HR Frameworks and Policies, Training and Development, Employee Relations, Pay & Reward, Partnerships, Financial Management. 37 hours per week at an hourly rate of £20.00 on a PAYE basis, this role is an excellent opportunity for someone who is CIPD qualififed/or NQV Level 4 in Personnel Management.
