My client, a Welsh Local Authority requires a Procurement Specialist for an initial 6 week contract. You will co-ordinate, lead and manage procurement projects across L & ES, including commissioning and procurement strategy. The requirement is for 5 days per week, though they could possibly be flexibility for the right candidate at an hourly rate of £20.70 via PAYE or £26.74 via a Limited Company.
