Due to growth and winning several new contracts, we are currently recruiting for an Administrator on behalf of a well-established M&E Services Contractor based in Keighley.

Established over 100 years, the company work across a range of sectors including commercial, industrial, retail, leisure and education. They provide a range of maintenance services including electrical work, air conditioning and plumbing & heating.

This position will provide administrative support to the office and contract management team. Duties will include answering the phone, filing and general clerical work. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the Building Services / Construction sector.

This is a permanent position based at their office in Keighley.


  • Hourly rate
    • £10 p/h (during probationary period that is 6 months but can be extended to 9 months)
    • £10.50 – £11 p/h on successful completion of probationary period.
    • This can then rise to £11.50 based on performance


  • Working Hours
    • Monday to Thursday 8am – 5pm
    • Friday – 8am – 4pm
    • 1 hour lunch break each day
