Role: Sales Manager

Location: Armitage, Burton upon Trent, Lichfield, Cannock

Salary: 40-45k, 5k car allowance, 15% annual bonus, pension scheme and healthcare

Description:

Apex Engineering Solutions are currently working with a global supplier based in the Midlands who are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead a team of 10 to deliver on several projects and requirements from existing clients, whilst also seeking new business opportunities.

Desired Experience:

  • You will have at least 3 years sales experience
  • Must have management experience within a sales environment
  • Sales experience within a Contact / Telesales environment
  • Management in a recruitment environment would also be advantageous
  • Field Sales experience and managing a team
  • Examples of new business wins
  • Demonstrate a positive and proactive attitude
  • Motivated by achieving targets and delivering results

Responsibilities:

  • Managing an outbound sales team of 10 people
  • Managing existing client / customer relationships
  • Booking appointments and customer meetings
  • Implement your own internal processes
  • Full autonomy to create and shape to your preference. Identical to running your own business

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
