Overview

An opportunity has become available within Apex Engineering Solutions Ltd for an Apprentice Professional Recruiter to join the team. The role will provide training from the ground up, however we do expect the correct candidate to possess key qualities such as honesty, integrity, a willingness to learn and respect for colleagues and superiors consistently. In return you will be offered the opportunity to be trained by expert recruiters with over 20 years experience. This is one of those rare genuine life changing roles!!!! Role Description

The role itself involves working alongside the head of our professional construction division. Initial role duties will include the following:-

  • Advert Writing/Posting
  • Website and database management
  • Candidate interview arrangements and administration
  • CV management/writing
  • Daily general office duties
  • Any other roles as required

A structured career path will be implemented and monitored at key intervals throughout your career to provide definite feedback and improvement plans to your personal development.

Once again full training will be provided for the correct candidate
