OVERVIEW & ROLE DESCRIPTION

An internal vacancy has arisen for a Trainee Consultant /Resource Administrator within the Manufacturing Engineering Division of the business.

As a company we recruit on a nationwide basis for various engineering roles and have been established for over 17 years. The role has become available as part of a strong growth strategy spanning over a 10 year period. This role will support all administration, website and various other duties reporting directly to the Divisional Manager. A structured career path will be clearly identified from the off. Training will be provided in all aspects however very strong literacy and numeracy qualifications are required as a solid foundation for us to develop you further.

This is a rare opportunity for a driven individual to progress within recruitment from the ground up over a number of years at their own pace within a very structured, project based environment. This role would suit individuals with solid administrative skills and a strong educational background.

This is an ideal position for individuals who are interested in recruitment or projects and are looking for a solid foundation to help begin a successful career within the industry without the pressure of financial targets.

As a Resourcer, you will be given ‘on the job’ training from a Senior Manager on a daily basis. This will be delivered at a controlled pace to provide the required support and guidance to ensure you have the best start and continued development within the role.

Hours of Work –
Monday – Thurs 0830 – 1730 / Friday 0800- 1630

Candidate Skills
We are looking for an outgoing, hard working, trustworthy individual with very strong administrative and verbal communication skills who is looking to develop and refine these skills within a recruitment environment.

Candidate Qualifications and Attributes
• A strong educational background with very strong administrative skills
• Outstanding communication skills (Written and Verbal) with the confidence to liaise with customers and candidates at all levels
• A high level of IT competence
•A Team player
•Able to work under pressure and time manage your work accordingly while remaining focused.
