Calls to the UK’s Construction Industry Helpline have increased by over 25% in the last 10 days. This reflects the rising levels of anxiety and insecurity within the construction industry.

The UK’s Lighthouse Construction Industry Helpline and a leading construction software film Construction Industry Solutions (COINS) have come to together to create a series of free lunchtime workshops. These workshops are aimed at people who work in the construction industry, in any capacity, and will help ease the anxiety in the industry.

The workshops are available to anyone as long as they have a valid email address and access to the internet and can be accessed via tablet, mobile and laptops.

The session will run for 45 minutes starting on Thursday 16th April.

Friday 24th April – Build a Work Life Balance
Monday 27th April – How to Meditate
Tuesday 5th May – How to Handle Stress
Wednesday 13th May – Mindfulness for You
