Overview

I am currently recruiting for a Project Manager to join a high end construction and refurbishment contractor who carry out Educational, Residential and Commercial projects throughout the London area.

Role Description

• Project management of high end residential and commercial refurbishment projects throughout Central London valued up to £500k.
• Managing projects from initial brief right through to completion and handover.
• Liaison with all relevant parties including the client, subcontractors and design teams.
• Ensure that each project reaches completion on time and within given budgetary constraints.
• Review the quality of the work completed with the project team on a regular basis to ensure that it meets required standards.
• Monitor and approve all budgeted project expenditures.

Skills & Attributes

• Degree or HNC level educated or Chartered in a relevant discipline would be desirable.
• Construction project management experience in high end residential developments and preferably have obtained CIOB or RICS.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to lead Structural, Architectural & Interior design consultants through the design development within budget constraints.
• Experience in working on high end residential and commercial refurbishment projects.
