I am currently recruiting for a Contracts Manager to a growing Industrial Ventilation/ Fume Extraction company. This opportunity has been created due to continual growth within the business. This role will require a very strong man manager to oversee the contracts division and manage all forms of Ventilation/ extraction systems within industrial environments.
Candidates must have a demonstrable background working with in the Ventilation/ Fume Extraction industry with knowledge of Industrial applications.

The position is a permanent role based at the head office, however site visits will be a necessity – Company Vehicle provided

Role Description
-Contract Management of industrial Ducting/ Extraction systems.
– Liaising with clients/ contractors/ employees/ suppliers on daily basis
-Working in industrial properties
– Contract Handovers
-Cost control and profitability
-Problem solving and testing, and ensuring clients needs are met
-Site visits
-Securing ongoing service and maintenance contracts
-Man Management of site/installation teams

Skills & Attributes
-Experience of managing contracts within Industrial Ducting/ Fume Extraction
-Demonstrable experience as a contract or project manager
-Full UK Driving License
– Relevant Engineering qualifications (HNC/ HND)- Desirable
