Overview

We are currently recruiting for a Project Manager on behalf of an industry-leading organisation who specialise in carrying out Land and Utility Surveys for clients throughout the Uk.

Established over 12 years ago the company pride themselves on the Quality, Service and Value they provide to their customers and operate across a range of sectors including Energy, Highways, Rail and Construction.

This role will involve the management of a wide range of projects to ensure they meet proposed timelines and financial targets in line with client and customer expectations.

Role Description

• Lead and manage a team of land and utility surveyors on a range of projects.
• Manage client expectations and provide regular project updates to clients and senior management team.
• Conduct weekly progress meetings with the team, ensuring correct resources are in place
• Running projects in line with timelines and financial reporting system
• Forecasting and cost control
• Developing and maintaining operational excellence within the team
• Managing and developing a strong team of competent and qualified personnel

 Skills & Attributes

• Previous experience within the Land and/or Utility Surveying industry.
• Previous experience in a similar project management capacity.
• Experience managing P&Ls and controlling costs
• Knowledge of SHEQ systems and their application
• H&S qualification such as IOSH is preferred but not essential.
• A full UK driving license
