OVERVIEW & ROLE DESCRIPTION

Overview

We are currently recruiting for a Stormwater Market Manager on behalf of an established market leader and provider of water treatment technologies to all municipal water companies in the UK and Ireland. Their products and services help protect the health of the rivers, seas and drinking water which we all rely on.

Operating for over 25 years, they are part of a bigger group made up of 5 companies. This company has over 150 members of staff working for it. They provide solutions for water management, waste water treatment, clean water treatment and surface water management.

Their head office is based in Cornwall and they are a Tier 1 contractor for all major water utility companies. They are the largest manufacturer of static and mechanical CSO screens in Europe. They manufacture flood management products, large scale sewage treatment tanks and filtration products. They offer the full package which is planning, design, manufacture, through to installation and commissioning.

Ideal location is candidates based from Head Office in Cornwall. However they also have offices in Wolverhampton and Barnsley, and can consider remote based people. You would be required to visit the Head Office in Cornwall every 4 – 6 weeks. Hotel costs etc would be covered.

The main purpose of the role is to drive the sales and market presence / brand reputation of company Stormwater technologies – principally CSO screens, flow regulation and storm tank flushing but with increasing cross-over to treatment technologies.  We have a strong market presence and reputation in Stormwater, which this role should capitalise on as we propel towards a step change in how stormwater is managed in the UK, eliminating environmental harm from CSO’s and driving ‘intelligent sewer networks’.

Perks include company car + bonus scheme + attractive pension scheme + Medicash benefits scheme + 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, rising to 28 over time.
