Our client, a leading business in the FM / BMS Sector are currently seeking a Service and Maintenance Sales Engineer to join the business on a permanent basis. This role will involve selling Service and Maintenance contracts to target FM providers, M&E Contractors and Consultants across the London/ South East regions. The successful candidate will be an integral part of the business by maximising sales and bringing in new business. With a strategic growth plan is in place, we are looking for a candidate with a strong understanding of Building Managements Systems with a technical sales background and demonstrable experience in building strong client relationships. The successful candidate will be responsible for management of their own diary/ appointments and all resulting enquiries.

A company vehicle, laptop and phone will be also included

Role Description

• You will regularly visit both existing and new customers in order to meet our clients’ needs and to achieve budgeted sales targets
• Develop existing accounts by gaining introductions to new departments/key people
• Keep up-to-date with clients’ plans and policy changes which may influence their buying decisions
• To take action on sales leads given by existing clients or the Service Director
• Monthly reporting to the Service Director
Candidate Qualifications/ Skills

• Technical sales background within the FM / BMS sector
• Strong working knowledge of Building Management Systems
• Full UK Driving License

Training will be provided to the suitable candidate however basic knowledge of the BMS Sector is essential.
