Our client, a rapidly expanding Refrigeration Service business are looking to recruit a Service Desk Administrator to join their office in Warrington on a permanent basis due to a number of recent contract wins. This position will provide administrative support to the office and contract management team. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrable background working within a similar role ideally within a facilities / engineering environment.
This is role is available for an immediate start working Monday to Friday 0830 – 1700.

*Inputting of reactive calls onto in-house & client systems.
*To deal with client telephone calls. Flexible approach to all telephone queries, to deal with and then pass on to the appropriate person.
*Working knowledge of timesheets and inputting onto in house system.
*Manage accurate filing system.
*Job allocation to Engineers.
*Categorising and resourcing correct labour resource according to geographical need.
*Handling calls from clients, engineers and suppliers with regards to ongoing reactive or PPM work.
*Issuing Electronic Purchase Orders within assigned timeframes.
*Providing cover for the other team members during periods of sickness and annual leave.
*Updating planners.
*Provide administration support for Contract/ Account Managers

Experience/ Qualifications:
*Must have a demonstrable background working within an service/ help desk role.
*Experience working within the Facilities/ Refrigeration service sector would be highly advantageous.
*Strong IT Skills
*Able to deal with multiple priorities.
*Strong Communication/ Organisational skills.
*Able to work on own initiative and work well with the contract manager / administrator.
*Experience with purchasing ( Advantageous)
