The Opportunity

Working for this established and highly respected MEP Contractor who have carved out a niche in the Industry for building and maintaining mission critical infrastructure supporting Data Centres throughout the country. Well established national Building Services Contractor, involved in design, installation and maintenance of a wide range of project types from £000 to £multi-million in value.

The Position

Excellent opportunity to work for this established and highly respected Building Services Contractor; you will managing a variety of high profile projects; You will be working on a compilation of numerous client cost plans and analysis, pre-contract advice, sub-contractor building engineering services tender quantification and comparisons, including budget costings, site drawing measures, advising interim application values, daywork and variation account negotiations, contractual claims and settlements.

The Person

You should be preferably degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, although not essential and have at several years experience in Building Services, preferably with a Mechanical Engineering bias.

Able to understand different types of contracts and implications, price variations, place sub contractor orders, manage sub contract accounts with sub contractors and customers.
