We are looking for experienced Industrial Electricians for 5 to 6 months to work on various National Grid contracts throughout the Midlands and South.

The work will involve

• Carrying out electrical installation and testing work without supervision in the most efficient and economical manner.
• Setting out jobs from drawings and specification and requisition the necessary installation.
• Implementing Company Quality Procedures

Qualifications & Experience:

• 18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations.
• BESC Persons or Competent Persons
• Have been a registered and completed a recognised apprenticeship or undergone some equivalent method of training in the skills field of Electrician.
• Must have obtained an NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation work or approved qualification in Electrical Installation.
• Must have at least 2 years ‘hands on’ experience in a power generation or distribution sector.

Rates:

• Up to 50hrs – £29/hr
• Over 50hrs & Saturdays -£33/hr
• Sundays – £32/hr

Expenses

• £50/night lodging allowance over 50 miles from site outside London
• £75/night lodging allowance over 50 miles from site in London area
