OVERVIEW & ROLE DESCRIPTION
Overview
We are currently recruiting for a Commercial Gas Engineer on behalf of a national provider of Design, Install and Maintenance services for Air-Conditioning, Heating and Ventilation services.
The Commercial Gas Engineer will be responsible for carrying out reactive and planned service and maintenance on Commercial Boiler systems and plant rooms at a wide range of properties throughout Luton, London and the Home Counties.
Responsibilities
- Day to day responsive and preventative planned maintenance works across a varied and wide range of commercial heating systems.
- Response service fault diagnosis, repair and renewal works
- Planned preventative maintenance works
- Maintenance and upkeep of Plant Room and associated equipment
- Working to relevant Health & Safety Practices while on site.
- Ensure that any work carried out is compliant with relevant legislation and is in line with contract SLAs.
Skills & Attributes
- Commercial Gas COCN1, CORT1, CICA1, ICPN1, TPCP1A, BMP, TPCP1
- Domestic Gas CCN1, CPA1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1
- Previous experience working as a Commercial Gas Engineer
- Electrical & controls experience, ideally 17th Edition qualified.
- Previous experience in a service and maintenance environment
- Full, clean driving licence
