OVERVIEW & ROLE DESCRIPTION

Overview

We are currently recruiting for a Contract Administrator on behalf of one of the UK’s leading building services companies.

Established over 40 years, their head office is based in London, and they also have several over offices across the nation. They are known for their services in M&E, FM, Design and Construction.

They are a well-known company with hundreds of employees working for them. They work in a range of sectors including commercial, residential, health and transport.

As the Contract Administrator, you will be responsible for administering work orders requested by the client or business for planned maintenance and reactive works as required. You will provide timely contract reporting to the client’s representatives.

This position is 37 hours per week. Monday – Thursday 8:30am – 5pm, Friday 8:30am – 4:30pm.

 

Responsibilities

  • Deal with reactive/PPM works, from initial raising of jobs through to invoicing, in a timely manner.
  • Accurate inputting of information on database.
  • Maintaining excellent client relationships.
  • Dealing with sub-contractors and raising orders when necessary.
  • Provide daily client reports on all work statuses.
  • General administrative tasks as necessary as requested.
  • Liaise with management, helpdesk team, engineering staff, clients & finance team.

 

Skills & Attributes

  • Preferable NVQ or equivalent in Business Administration or Customer Service.
  • Organised, able to prioritize and work to deadlines.
  • Team player, flexible and able to work under pressure.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good IT skills.
