Due to growth, we are currently recruiting for an Electrician on behalf of a successful MEP contractor and lighting manufacturer based in Gloucestershire.

Established over 15 years, they offer Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health Services. They can provide the full Design, Supply, Installation and Maintenance package. They have a huge client portfolio across sectors such as commercial, retail, leisure, health, education and more.

Applicants would be expected to have a strong background in electrical works including installations, fault finding, maintenance, testing and repair.

Responsibilities

• Fault find and rectify issues on site.
• Work on various wiring systems, ELV, Data and fire alarm.
• Be a strong leader and offer experience to others to drive forward the workforce.
• Be available to work away from home and cover flexible working hours.
• Understand and follow general Health & Safety working practices.

Skills & Qualifications

• 18^th Edition Qualified.
• JIB Gold Card.
• Other training qualifications such as SSSTS, IPAF, PASMA and Asbestos Awareness would be beneficial.
• A good communicator, working as part of a team to provide a professional, efficient, and courteous service.
• Good time management
• Honest and accountable
• Be able to take instruction, read drawings and specifications.
• Have the ability to work on own initiative and plan regular duties.
