OVERVIEW & ROLE DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an experienced Industrial Electrician for a minimum of 20 weeks on the Melksham project (Newport and Bristol Substations). The work will involve

  • Panel building & relay wiring
  • Switchgear wiring & containment
  • LV/HV SWA glanding & cable pulling

Qualifications & Experience:

The Electrician should possess the following;

  • 18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations.
  • BESC Persons or Competent Persons

Rates for the Electrician with Persons

  • Up to 50hrs – £28/hr
  • Over 50hrs – £30/hr

Rates for Electrician with Competent Persons

  • Up to 50hrs – £31/hr
  • Over 50hrs – £33/hr

Plus £50/night lodging allowance over 50 miles from site.
