Overview

We are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Plumber to join the service and maintenance division of a specialist company within the Building Services Engineering industry.

Incorporated over 15 years, they are a family owned business which now currently employ over 200 employees. Most of the work carried out is based in the North West and is on a range of buildings such as schools, offices and industrial units.

The head office is based in Preston and they also have a branch office in Liverpool.

As the Maintenance Plumber you will be responsible for carrying out general repairs in mainly educational and office buildings throughout the North West area.

Initially this is a 6-month contract, which could go permanent, and is paying £13.50 – £14.00 per hour.

We are looking for a well-organised individual who has good communication skills and an adaptable work style. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working on commercial properties.

They pride themselves in their staff and make sure they receive any training required.
