Expansion and continued growth has created a new exciting opportunity for an experienced Electrical Building Services Engineer to join this leading multi-disciplinary practice offering several services to their clients, including Project Management, Architectural Design, Project Monitoring, Building Services, Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying and Principal Designer. A fantastic opportunity to progress your career to senior engineer and achieve chartered status.

The Position

As the Electrical Engineer you will be supporting the senior Partner carrying out the following duties;

• Attending briefing meetings with the clients
• Existing Survey
• Report writing
• Budget costing
• Feasibility reports
• Electrical Services Design

Project Types

• Retail sector (experience in this sector would be an advantage)
• Residential Developments
• Commercial
• Industrial/Distribution Centres

The Person

The successful candidate will preferably be degree qualified or at least HNC in a relevant discipline, electrical engineering or building services engineering

• Able to use design software such as AutoCAD (Although we do have an M&E CAD Technician), Amtech, Hevacomp, Relux/Dialux, Office etc
• Must be comfortable attending meetings representing WPL and have excellent communications skills.
• Well presented
• Role will involve UK wide travel
• You will receive a competitive salary, car allowance and statutory pension.
