The Opportunity

Our client is a leading International Building Services Consultancy. Through the application of research-led design, innovation, and sustainable methodologies they can create tailored solutions that meet the needs of their clients. The Position

It is anticipated that you will be a qualified BREEAM assessor and ideally be a BREEAM AP or working towards gaining this qualification and have demonstrable experience in the management and delivery of BREEAM projects.

 

The Person

  • A Degree (or equivalent) in in an Environmental/Sustainability/Architectural Technology subject, or related discipline, to work within our expanding Sustainability Group in the West Midlands.
  • Working knowledge of Home Quality Mark (HQM) and SKA assessments would be an advantage along with experience of using the OneClick software for life cycle and embodied carbon analysis.
  • You must have the ability to work collaboratively both within the business and externally, have a strong propensity to work with others and should be conscientious and committed.
  • You should also be a well-organised, proactive, flexible, driven, forward planner with the ability to deliver work to a high standard and to tight timescales.
  • You will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and a strong willingness to learn and a desire to develop new and existing skills.
  • Proven experience working within the industry would be ideal but a real desire to promote sustainability in the built environment is also very important.
  • You will become an integral part of our team, as well as being able to work on your own initiative and with a proactive approach.
