THE ROLE
An exciting and challenging opportunity exists working for this leading firm of engineering consultants providing a comprehensive range of services in conjunction with the built environment. The provide services throughout the UK and the Middle East with projects in all sectors of the construction market.
Due to expansion a rare opportunity has been created in their London office for a self motivated team player to work within their expanding MEP team. The successful candidate will work closely with the Technical Director to manage delivery, technical expertise and support the expansion of the business, as well as leading some of the multidisciplinary engineering teams on a number of exciting prestigious projects.

You will be focused on the management and delivery of projects, ensuring that they are carried out efficiently and to high technical standards.

THE INDIVIDUAL
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Project Director with several years’ experience working within an MEP consultancy / design field within the commercial sector, and have the ability to undertake a key role in the future development of the company.
You will have extensive project management / delivery experience including resource allocation, financial and commercial management, as well as a strong business development capability through professional networking. Strong team management and development skills are also essential. You will be a results orientated and approachable professional, with a flexible outlook, highly developed negotiation skills and excellent commercial acumen.

QUALIFICATIONS
A relevant degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Building Services or other related Engineering subject is required, along with professional membership (CIBSE/IMechE/IET).
