OVERVIEW & ROLE DESCRIPTION

I am looking to recruit an Electrical Tester to start a long-term contract working on a chain of schools in the Bradford/Huddersfield area. The contract is estimated to last around 18 months and working between 40-45 hours per week. This particular role is purely a testing role and all relevant equipment will be provided.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • The test and inspection of fixed wire installations across commercial sites
  • Thorough completion of testing reports and certificates to NICEIC standards
  • Work to be carried out to according to up to date 17th Edition Wiring Regulations
  • Must be appropriately qualified and experienced in fixed wire testing and inspection

Candidates will need to have a valid ECS/JIB card, 2391 or 2394/2395, 17th Edition and previous experience carrying out tests on commercial sites.
