We are recruiting for a Mechanical Project Manager for 18 months at Nelson & Colne College. You will be managing the installation of HVAC services on a refurb, comprising of

• Refurbishment of the 2 storey science block including a high tech laboratory
• Demolish & refurbish part of current student services facility and create a new cyber space area
• Form a new link between the Pendle and Whitemoor buildings
• Refurbish changing rooms in Deerstone building and form a small communal area

Must have previous experience managing small works contracts, be self motivated, disciplined,organised and possess excellent man management skills.

Rate – £300 to 330/day
