The Opportunity

Continued growth of this leading national M&E Contractor and Data Communications provider is currently recruiting for an experienced Mechanical Estimator to join their busy commercial department.

The role involves:

• Preparing and completing multiple tenders from small works to large projects, often working to tight deadlines
• Analysing project plans to provide detailed cost estimates
• Fostering positive relationship with key clients
• Liaising with clients where necessary to obtain information to support tender preparation
• Making preliminary assessments of overhead costs and preparing tender summaries for management

The Person

• A solid background in estimating on mechanical building services projects
• Able to work independently.
• Experience of working on light industrial, commercial, accommodation and education projects.
