Overview

We are currently recruiting for a Refrigeration Engineer on behalf of a successful Air-Conditioning and Refrigeration contractor.

Established over 15 years, they install, maintain and repair all types of commercial refrigeration and AC equipment.

The sort of sites you will be working on include hospitality, factories, hospitals, hotels, delis and bakeries.

This is a permanent position, covering the Yorkshire area. This is based on a 40 hour week, working 8:30am – 5pm. Benefits include travel time paid door to door and overtime paid at 1.5 & 2.0. You will also receive, pension, private use of the van, mobile phone, xmas bonus, nights out, training opportunities etc.

Key Responsibilities 

• Service and Maintenance of commercial Refrigeration equipment.
• Carrying out maintenance tasks to a high standard.
• Completing SOP tasks.
• Updating service records and timekeeping information in an accurate and timely manner.
• Updating client reporting systems in an accurate and timely manner.

Skills and qualifications

• Candidates must be F-Gas certified
• Demonstrable experience working in a Refrigeration Service role working on Commercial systems
• Hydrocarbon Certificate (advantageous)
• Full UK Driving Licence
