Due to continued growth, our client, a leading supplier of Air Compression equipment, is looking to recruit a Regional Service Manager based in the Midlands to be responsible for the running and development of the Company’s service operations.

The ideal candidate will be time served from an Electrical / Mechanical background and ideally experienced within the Compressed Air industry. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic and motivated with the ability to remain calm under pressure.

This will be working a 40 hour week with a company car, mobile, laptop and tablet provided.

Duties:

• Management of Regional Service Engineers

• Management and compilation of service quotes and contracts.

• Iinvolved in all commercial aspects of running an established service division.
• Assisting the existing management team to grow business across the region.

Skills & Qualifications

• Experience within the compressed Air Industry preferable but not essential.
• Ideally strong knowledge of Air Compressor equipment

• Demonstrable experience at management level.
• Mechanical / Electrical time served
• Full UK Driving License.
• Able to use own initiative as well as working as part of a team.
• Good communication skills.
