The Opportunity

Our client is looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer to join their thriving Building Performance Engineering Division located in Bristol.

They offer ‘one stop’ world-class environmental designs including acoustics, building physics, façade performance, mechanical and electrical systems, lighting design, occupational analysis, public health engineering, and low-to-zero carbon technologies.

They have work across all sectors, including commercial, industrial, educational, logistics, heritage and retail.

Responsibilities

• Supporting or leading on several projects
• Assisting with the design from site appraisal/feasibility stage
• Assisting with detailed design to construction status information
• Liaising with design team, statutory authorities and contractors
• Assisting with site surveys and inspection work
• Development of junior staff as and when required

Skills & Qualifications

• A proven Senior Electrical Engineer, with a strong track record in the UK
• An articulate communicator with well-developed interpersonal skills
• Sound Knowledge of BIM processes, Revit and IES/Amtech
• Ambitious and dynamic, you enjoy change and variety
• Positive outlook and self-motivated
