The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen within our clients Sustainability Group based at the London office for an experienced building certification specialist to join the expanding team.

The role will involve carrying out assessments using a range of certification methodologies including BREEAM and Code for Sustainable Homes and the management and delivery of building certification consultancy to blue chip clients throughout the UK and overseas on some of the world’s most prestigious projects. The role will be client facing and candidates should be experienced in providing high level technical advise on a broad range of sustainability issues.

Experience and Qualifications

• Candidates will have previous experience in a sustainability/BREEAM consultancy.
• Demonstrate an excellent understanding of sustainability issues in the built environment, an in-depth knowledge of building certification standards and excellent communication skills both oral and written.
• Applications will be accepted from BREEAM Accredited professionals, and candidates holding an honours degree or higher with considerable experience delivering projects in a consultancy environment.
• Knowledge and experience of other certification methods such as LEED, Estidama, SKA, HQM and GSAS would be beneficial.
