The Opportunity:

Continued expansion and having been awarded several new contracts this leading Building Services Consultancy is recruiting for an experienced Thermal Modeller.

The Role:

• Working as a Thermal Modeller in a small engineering sustainability team, with other engineers who are currently managing the workload in the Dynamic Thermal Modelling department.
• Project you will be involved with include commercial developments, residential, education, retail and leisure.
• Previous project highlights include; CIS Tower, NOMA Buildings, Oxford Road Transformation, Trafford Wharf, ITV Masterplanning and much more.

The Person

• The ideal candidate will come from a Building Services background and have previously worked on sustainability projects, inparticular the use of TAS. Any accreditation using this software would be an advantage.
  You will be expected to have qualifications in a Building Services or Sustainability related subject and have gained some basic CAD Skills in employment or education.
• A professional membership to a relevant institution would also be preferable.
