Overview

We are currently recruiting for a Commercial Gas Engineer on behalf of a well-established M&E Contractor based in Nottingham.

Established almost 15 years, they offer a range of mechanical electrical and facilities management services to a variety of sectors including commercial, educational and leisure.

The Commercial Heating Engineer will be responsible for servicing, maintaining and carrying out breakdown works on commercial gas heating systems.

Responsibilities

• Day to day responsive and preventative planned maintenance works across a varied and wide range of commercial heating systems.
• Response service, fault diagnosis, repair and renewal works.
• Planned preventative maintenance works.
• Maintenance and upkeep of Plant Rooms and associated equipment.
• Carry out other general building services ppm when required.
• Ensure all certification and documents are completed accurately.
• Working to relevant Health & Safety Practices while on site.
• Ensure that any work carried out is compliant with relevant legislation and is in line with contract SLAs.

Skills & Attributes

• Valid Commercial & Domestic Gas Qualifications.
• Previous experience in a service and maintenance environment.
• Be able to work unsupervised.
• Able to adhere to Health and Safety legislation at all times.
• Full UK Driving License.
