Overview

Due to growth we are currently recruiting for a Mechanical Project Manager on behalf of a family run MEP company.

They provide Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Services across the Midlands region. They work in a range of sectors including Commercial, Retail, Industrial, Education, Healthcare, MOD and Residential.

We’re looking for someone who can confidently manage mechanical building services projects from pre-construction through to completion, working closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors and our delivery teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and to a high standard.

This is a permanent position covering the Midlands area. It is working Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week. The salary is paying £50k – £60k per annum. Perks include company car or car allowance, pension, 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, training & development opportunities etc.

Responsibilities

• Managing multiple mechanical projects across the Midlands and surrounding areas.
• Planning and coordinating labour, materials and subcontractors.
• Attending site and client meetings.
• Managing programme, quality and commercial performance.
• Supporting commissioning, handover and project close-out.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships.

• Experience in mechanical building services project management.
• A good understanding of HVAC and public health systems.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

• Commercial awareness and the ability to work independently.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
