The Opportunity

Continued growth has created a new opportunity for an experienced Mechanical Estimator to join this leading, well-established M&E Contractor.

The Position

As a Mechanical Estimator, you’ll be an integral part of their tendering process, working closely with the other M&E Estimators to deliver comprehensive and competitive bids. You’ll enjoy variety in your work, preparing tenders for projects that range from small-scale installations to major contracts worth up to £4,000,000.00.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Preparing detailed mechanical estimates for commercial and industrial projects.
• Collaborating with the electrical estimation team to provide cohesive bids.
• Reviewing specifications, drawings, and proposals to ensure accurate cost assessments.
• Managing a diverse portfolio of tenders to keep your work engaging and challenging.

The Person

• A solid background in mechanical estimation, working on commercial and industrial projects.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering accurate, competitive bids.
• A track record of successfully tendering projects within a similar value range.
• Most importantly, your able to work well within an already solid team.
